I used to be able to generate a cabal-v2-freeze file by building the project.plan-nix.freeze attribute, but this now seems to produce some kind of cabal.project file. How do I get a freeze file?

This is most likely a bug in #1775 which I can reproduce. I am looking into this. Thanks for reporting it!
