Issue

In order to have better monitoring and logging, we want to ingest metrics and logs for release-mainnet.

To do

  • Add Grafana metrics ingestion with prometheus configuration in infra
  • Add Grafana logs ingestion with promtail configuration in infra
  • Update CI/CD workflows
