Issue

Start and run a Mithril test network that connects to a Cardano mainnet network and that runs the unreleased Cardano Node/CLI 1.36.0.
The goal of this issue is to validate that the computation of the stake distribution with the new query query stake-snapshot --all-stake-pools is working as expected.
Also we want to make sure that there is no other issue that would prevent a Mithril network to create certificates on the mainnet

The testing-mainnet network is producing snapshots and certificates as expected 🎉
We have also validated that the snapshot can be restored with the mithril-client
