Can't install the software because it is not currently available from the Software Update server

I have downloaded Ventura beta 3 from the URL given in the program, however when it asks to download an update it gives the below error:

I installed xcode14-beta and let it install the stuff for iOS16 and macOs13. After that the installation of the vm succeeded.

I beg to differ (see screenshot). Just download xcode14-beta from developers.apple.com, start it, install the profiles and quit Xcode. After that restart VirtualBuddy and try again.

Thank you, now working with your instructions @robac66 Silly of me visiting developer.apple.com, seeing "No OS available" warning and not checking the Applications tab to get xcode14-beta Monterey. Profiles worked very nicely from Preferences/Account, dev3 beta working now, and it is exactly the same as the Public Beta.
