[Feature Request] Default Volume

I want to request a lot of them, can I just dump it here or making it a separate thing?
Because the other script that I still use is on development hiatus, I will request one of them for now.

Default volume, it can be developed to

• "Hotkey" changing the volume with mouse wheel, wheel+keyboard, etc.
• "Hotkey step" in %, choosing to change the volume every 1 or to 5 up to 30 maybe per step

The other thing that I really want is an option to open the settings on a tab and have a different row to the side, so not everything have to be in a long line. I think it can become a problem when there are a lot of options with different settings. I actually want this option for "Control panel for twitter" too, but the settings there still feels good.
