Individualize Grafana home dashboard for Petclinic Demo

Instead of using the default home dashboard provided by grafana it would be useful to have a dashboard that represents the capabilities of the ocelot agent.

It should serve as a navigation point to all the different dashboards that Ocelot uses combined with additional information on Ocelot and the Petclinic demo.

The dashboard could have a header with all the relevant data und beneath two columns for the different kinds of monitoring use cases: EUM and agent.
