Relative links outside of docs/ will not work on the website https://inspektor-gadget.io/docs.

Right. Updated to use absolute links to slack and the meeting notes instead.

LGTM.
I think the information from section "Community Meeting" in README.md should also be available on the website https://inspektor-gadget.io/docs/ but we can move it later once we reorganise the documentation.
