if you try to validate a document that's missing the mandatory conformity statement, this clause fails (rightfully). however, the test appears to include the English statement twice whereas the Croatian title is missing:

It seems you're right, the Croatian title is missing.

@MarcoMinghini if you agree, we will add the Croatian title in the ETS code. Then, we can merge the changes in the staging instance for @mhogeweg test them.
