Lots of fixes, but the big thing would be the removal of Python and switching to PHP for the relay server. The system is more more simple in that it does almost no processing of the data stream now; it only does a little bit of work to make sure it receives all 14 packets of FNDC data to constitute a complete dataset.

I've found this to be much more reliable and resilient to loss of internet etc. Additionally you don't need to know 3 languages to work with the project as it's all PHP and Javascript now.

There's been a lot of overhauling and a completely new "Current Conditions" page. There have been database schema changes and changes to the JSON. For now, you'd have to hand-edit your existing database if you are updating from a previous release.

Note: This includes config file changes which I meant to commit before tagging v0.8

This is a stable, beta quality release. It can do all the stuff the original did, but prettier and more customized. I think I might take a break for awhile from the project, so I thought I should put the last few critical things in and make sure it's good.

All the currently logged issues are enhancements, I hope to make them for the 1.0 release.
