This metric is useful to analyze the lead time of review.

Caveat

This metric would be wrong in the case like:

  1. Author creates a pull request
  2. GitHub automatically requests a review to code owners
  3. Author removes the review requests
  4. Author requests a review again
  5. Reviewer approves it
