- 3DNA should be installed
- In x3dna-v2.4/config/misc_3dna.par we ususally change <hb_dist1>4.0</hb_dist1> to <hb_dist1>4.2</hb_dist1>. At least in 1KX5 nucleosome PDB this allows to detect all base pairs.
