Links in public Slack don't open from Enterprise Slack

Describe the bug
Working on Enterprise Slack: when someone sends me a link to a message in the public Slack, I click the message but cannot access it. I have to copy the link and paste it in my browser in order to reach it.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to a public Slack channel that you can access.
2. Copy a link to one of the messages.
3. Go to the Enterprise Slack.
4. Send yourself the link.
5. Click it.
6. You will receive a message that the message can't be found.

Expected behavior
Open a public Slack window and go to the linked message.

Additional context
I notice that, clicking the link, a new Enterprise window is opened, and there the message is obviously not found. Fix the bug by opening a public Slack window.
Note that it worked before the recent version update.
