SBOM Manager should use the get_vendor_product_pairs function within CVEDB to find the vendor for a specific product rather than directky accessing the database

I believe this was closed by #1481.

@anthonyharrison : looks like you need to explicitly put "(fixes #1477)" in the commit message (or PR comment) instead of just "(#1477)" to make the magic work better.
