It would be useful for the UI to show whether dcd-server is running. Also, if it's stopped the widget should allow easy restarting of the service.

This is now available when a D project is open (dub based projects only at the minute).

When dcd-server is running the UI will show:
image

If the process is terminated a warning icon appears:
image

when clicked there is an option to restart DCD server
