"Full website search" feature - not urgent

Note:- This feature can be developed later slowly.

Develop a "Full Website Search" feature. Add a Search Icon in the top right corner next to the menu and also in the footer area.
When a user clicks on that search icon, a Search Text bar should pop-up and the user should be able to type keywords to do the search. When a keyword is typed, the relevant links should be shown right below the Search Text bar and the user can click on the link from the populated list to go to the appropriate page.
