Model change: move HPO annotations to be annotable #1798

Our HPO annotations data source connects disease and HPO terms.

  • Update Disease to have a primary identifier instead of an identifier.
  • Update Disease to be Annotatable.

@rachellyne Disease will have an ontologyAnnotations collection automatically if I make it Annotatable. Do we want to also have an hpAnnotations collection, as we do now? Or is that redundant?
