Script request: find broken links

We added link outs from our mine report pages to other websites' report pages, and just noticed recently one website had changed their URL. It would be nice to have a script that checked the link was still going to the correct report page.

The script can't check for a 404 because the link went to a valid web page on the site (a "whoops" page), just not the one we wanted.

For now @rachellyne and I will check the links manually for each release.
