dweb-objects wont be needed once naming changes to dweb-transports hit,

  • remove any remaining dependencies (installers, docs etc) to:
    • dweb-objects
    • DwebObjects
    • SmartDict
  • Same check on dweb-archivecontroller
  • remove bootloader.html and references to it
