OGC 11-122r1 code error: kur_Arab2Latn_BGN_1931 describes as 2007 system #3

The code kur_Arab2Latn_BGN_1931 clearly states the system is 1931, not 2007. The standard however describes this system as "2007 Kurdish Hawar Romanization System BGN/PCGN".
