1. Via telnet each Looking Glass server is reached using the ptt codes (e.g., telnet lg.gyn.ptt.br).
2. Using simple router commands we can view and extract from each Looking Glass the following information: IPv4 and IPv5 BGP tables; AS-Paths summary; and community codes.
3. The dataset initiates with the raw information collected on the previous step which is saved in txt files.
4. Processing the extracted data to only contains useful information, all corrupted/incorrect data is removed from the original files.
5. The processed data is parsed into selective modules which analyze the information required as input to different statistical information related to AS prepends, adjacencies, communities, degrees and graphs.
6. With the parsed data analyzed and graphs built, Neo4j database is filled with annotated graphs with their corresponding graph analysis and main characteristics.
