Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, no API exist for the user to manage (get, post, delete) service roles.

Describe the solution you'd like
An API should be created with the following considerations:

  • Query only information about the accessible services
  • POST and DELETE query should be limited to super-admins.
