Describe the bug
Since certificates and security is handled by NGINX, we should remove the code in Python and configurations related to certificates. Also, not having certificates in the "certificates" directory generates an error.

To Reproduce
Use NGINX with certificates outside of TeraServer config.

Expected behavior
TeraServer not crashing looking for certificates.
