Describe the bug
When trying to switch from the front cam to the back camera on Chrome on Android, a "Not Readable Error" is displayed.

To Reproduce

  1. On the main "participant" page, try to change the video source from the combo box

OR

  1. In a session, try the change the video source from the "gear" settings

Expected behavior
Camera should be displayed properly without user error

Mobile Chrome Android

In the participant lobby, stopping the current video stream and selecting the new one works fine.

However, in a session, the issue is strange... Even if trying to stop the current stream when switching, we're not able to change to the back camera (it takes about 20 seconds before the camera becomes available). Seems to be related to EasyRTC?

The only work-around is to preload the back camera at the start of a session, and not use it for at least 20 seconds...

Seems that recent changes (#242 ) brought back that issue...
