Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, the "timers" window pops over the video images, making it hard to start them at the right time (visual is lost over the participant(s).

Describe the solution you'd like
Timers should have a "start/stop/pause" button for the user (not the participant), or the window should be moved elsewhere (over own image?).
