Updated the code to the newest versions:

Now support compiling with Visual Studio.

Bugs

What doesn't work:

• Compiling for Native Windows on Python 2.7

To install prebuild *.whl files use "pip install <filename>"

Release with prebuilt versions.

The code itself hasn't changed, but for anyone, who doesn't want to setup their own build environment, this release includes:

• Windows Native Python 3.5 Self Installing Executable
• Cygwin Python 3.4 Wheel - Install with "pip install "
