Describe the bug

A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Select "No" to having a DOI
  2. Click Save
  3. Then reload page
  4. The answer is now changed to "Yes"
  5. Scroll down to '....'
  6. See error
