Add support for username in smartzone API calls Add support for http and https API paths for better debugging More choices in auth mechanisms to support proxy and non-proxy environments in multiple mechanism such as mac-auth / embedded portal, etc.

Description
Add support of WISPr API username as well as both http/https ports / transports. Also adds support for forcing WISPR de-auth for non-proxy MAC auth radius users. Adds better documentation for smartzone and legacy ruckus models and Roles (Ruckus User Roles) better examples.
Impacts
Should not change existing use-cases for RUCKUS smartzone authentication but validation would be needed. In particular, if "deatuh method" is FORCED to HTTP/HTTPS then
