Alternative syntaxes for prolog

On 15 December 2023, Steven Pemberton proposed some alternative syntaxes for the ixml prolog, illustrated by the following samples.

 [ixml version "1.1"]
 <ixml version "1.1">
 (ixml version "1.1")

or without using "ixml" to label the contents:

[version "1.1"]
(version "1.1")
<version "1.1">

SP expressed a preference for the (version "1.1") syntax.
