Since we have ported to systemd and also windows is handling start/stop in a bat file, the memoryLimitMB is no longer respected for the controller process. We should look for ways to enable this functionality again. Basically the process needs to be started with --max-old-space-size=memoryLimitMB, if the value for memoryLimitMB is other than 0.
