Use vcr cassettes for examples

Rename test folder vcr -> examples

I would love to have a way of having the examples be part of our test suite so they can't get out of date that easily. I think we could reference the vcr specs, enrich them with comments and develop that into an extensive pool of real-world examples for developers to get set up.

I'd love to have many vcr-examples for many differently configured products. Having more examples is always better for the docs as well I think.
