LIMA support restoration - various fixes and updates

Main purpose was to bring back LIMA support properly

• Added ability to switch between native vs podman machine or lima vs podman machine on the fly, without need of restart
• Added ability to define port mappings more flexibly and volume mounts
• Fixed Start new container UI freeze due to improper form management
• Fixed bugs related to container state (pause/resume/stop/start)
