[v3] npx cap doctor command is not mentioned anymore #46

Hello

In the workflow section of the v2 doc, the npx cap doctor command was briefly presented :
https://github.com/ionic-team/capacitor-site/blob/main/pages/docs/v2/basics/workflow.md

This is not the case anymore in the v3 version of the same document:
https://github.com/ionic-team/capacitor-site/blob/main/pages/docs/v3/basics/workflow.md

Does it mean that the doctor command is now deprecated? Or should we document back this command in v3 docs?
