Live reload can't refresh code in android

i can run ionic cordova run android -lc successfully but the code can't refresh in android.

@JLBear I noticed you have duplicate <content> tags:

    <content src="index.html" />
    <content src="index.html" />
    <content src="index.html" />

This would certainly affect livereload, as we expect one tag and we change the src attribute to the external IP of the livereload server.

@wearetelescopic Can you inspect your config.xml file and see if you have the same issue?

@dwieeb your hint to check for mulitple tag in config.xml solved the problem, and now live reload is working for me. Thanks!
