We can download and install the Android platform, sources, and system images from the repository automatically.

Maybe some version of doctor as well? My platforms were in an inconsistent state after doing some cleanup of big files (I think I deleted all my emulators) and then it was tricky to figure out why the emulators weren't launching based on the errors alone
