Hi all,

ngCordova is obsolete and is not maintained. Please move to the next version of Ionic's native plugin library, Ionic Native: https://github.com/ionic-team/ionic-native (docs here: http://ionicframework.com/docs/native/)

Version 2.x of Ionic Native works with Angular 1. Here's an example of how to use it in Angular/Ionic 1: https://github.com/ionic-team/ionic-native/tree/v2.x#angular-1

This is the latest 2.x release of Ionic Native: https://github.com/ionic-team/ionic-native/releases/tag/v2.9.0

Moving forward, Ionic will be supporting more frameworks than Angular, so we are working to make Ionic Native 5 framework agnostic which will mean the newest version supports Angular 1 again.

For those that still need the ngCordova docs, they can still be accessed here until Ionic Native 5 releases: http://ngcordova.com/docs/plugins/

Thank you.
