This repository contains all codes, data, tables, and figures in the manuscript "A timescale analysis for a mathematical model of in-host immunity response to a liquid nanoparticle vaccine"
The main data used is stored in "Humoral_CytokineData_all2DoseData_logHumoral_logTFNy_CensoredIL_IncludesIL16_limitsIncluded_SutharInc.csv"
The model can be ran via "run_model.m". Parameters can be adjusted in "run_params.m". All figures produced for the manuscript can be generated by running "generate_media"
