OS X, watchOS and tvOS, oh my!

Adds support for OS X, watch OS and tvOS.

The (yucky) shell script GenerateCommonCryptoModule has now been replaced with a (lovely, doubley) Swift script GenerateCommonCryptoModule.swift

Also fixes issues: #7 and #9
