enhancement: nft send form improvements

Summary

This PR includes a few small improvements for the NFT SendForm and - Confirmation.

Changelog

- hide tabs if wallet owns no nfts
- fix title on send confirmation
- remove nft preview
- remove shimmer EVM from network selection
