IRI:

1. Replaced "generateNewAddress" with "getNewAddress" that returns instantly
2. Added "prepareTransfers" for multi-transfers that will be added in the following version
3. Addresses with more than 3.8 Ti now can spend iotas
4. "babysit" added into IRI.cfg allows you to babysit lagging users (improves their chance for confirmation)

1. Generate seed option.
