Probably should have a file that is a list of links to other bcc content on the web, including my blog posts, with timestamps, and in reverse chronological order. Including:

Handy for later searching when you need to refer someone to that article you saw but now can't remember where.

If you mean, we should link this new file from the main readme.md, then yes. It could also be part of the readme.md, but it might get long.

Is this still relevant? If so, what should be the scope? Any blog post that mentions bcc? or does it need to be the main subject?

I made a few simple searches for new content on bcc:

I think it's still worthwhile: it's low cost, and helps findability.

I'd have it list the titles, rather than the URLs, since the titles can be longer and contain more keywords.

I've already started making my own list for BPF + bcc, although I need to update it more. Feel free to copy-n-paste from it: http://www.brendangregg.com/ebpf.html#updates
