Exclude coverage of system headers.

Code coverage currently includes system headers as "../".

Modify the filter passed to lcov to exclude these.

Coverage increased (+7.1%) to 90.769% when pulling cd5b244 on Alan-Jowett:exclude_system_header_coverage into 4aba98c on iovisor:main.
