- Update FastAPI to latest version.
- Update datamodel-code-generator to latest version.
- Update a bunch of dev-dependencies, add httpx to them, as it's now needed by the tests (starlette switchted the TestClient to use it).
- Fix some type annotations that mypy noticed were incorrect.
- Bump version number for new release.
