Accordion widget for YUI 3

  - progressive enhancement improvements in AccordionItem
  - header HTML structure changed - table no more used, links will be used instead

II. Build process:
1. Install ANT 1.7 or above, and add ant to your path
2. Download or fork modified YUI builder from this URL:
http://github.com/ipeychev/builder

The directory structure should be as follows:

projects_dir--|
              |---builder
              |---yui3accordion

$ cd yui3accordion
$ ant all
