Once filecoin-saturn/caboose#40 lands, Caboose can start submitting the expected retrieval logs
to the Saturn logging server. However, for that to happen, Bifrost needs to set the testnet/mainnet JWT on the Logging client and ensure that Caboose is configured with the correct testnet/mainnet logging endpoints.
