Adding an 'Answered' label

I think it would be smart to add an 'answered' label so that we can know, at a glance, which questions have been satisfactorily answered, for now.

Some questions may be more open-ended or change, in which case the label can be removed or added, or conversation can continue under the 'answered' label. This label is more to help me, as an organizer, know which questions to try and answer by pinging the appropriate devs.

I am going to take the +1s as a good sign and call this a success. I have created a label, and I will start assigning it to other issues. If ya'll can think of other labels you would like, let me know or open and issue here!

You could also add a link to search which excludes answered questions under Want to answer questions or Contribute.
