Since we're using gx and a redirect would be setup: I don't think so.

Github lets you move repos anyways (and does the appropriate redirecting). Go screams bloody murder but that's why we use gx.

It doesn't break go-ipfs builds directly. Problem is with package import inconsistencies that have to be solved. One person has to move it and the same person should solve all import inconsistencies across codebases including republishing to gx.
