Table of Contents (2) request: Option to separate section numberings with a character

I'd like to request being able to input some character(s),such as - or : , to separate the inserted section numbers. I personally think something like 1 - This sections title looks a little more neat. It also adds readability if you have any notebooks for the section headers start with a number.
