true_color help text not rendered correctly on readthedocs #11597

The command to test the terminal is clobbered -- backslashes are gone, and quotes are replaced with typographic quotes.

The setting declaration is at

ipython/IPython/terminal/interactiveshell.py

true_color = Bool(False,

I suspect the help text is used in command line mode as well as readthedocs, isn't it?
If that's the case, I'm not sure how to fix it...
