Empty lines disappear from triple-quoted literals. #2838

When entering a triple-quoted (multiline) string literal, empty lines are removed.

The behavior should be the same as in a Python program (empty lines are preserved).

Seems to be working now - it was probably fixed somewhere in the input transformation work. Please re-open if you can still replicate it on master.
