Hi guys. Got this one during pip install -v ipython

InstallationError: Bad md5 hash for package https://pypi.python.org/packages/source/i/ipython/ipython-0.13.2.zip#md5=76195c97e426fbc641f66c55faa0318a (from https://pypi.python.org/simple/ipython/)

Check your sources and executables for any "bad" inclusions

I just double-checked, and all the hashes are correct. I think your download was corrupted.

Got the same problem, with 0.13.2. Re-running the pip command doggedly until it succeeds helped.

I believe the fault may lie with PyPi, which has been working incredibly slow (and wonky) for me lately. The Python guys may be upgrading (downgrading?) the backend, or something.

I'm still getting the same error. running it a few did the trick but still.

I guess this should be brought up with PyPI (or an ISP), because there is no part of the process that IPython controls. Sometimes CDNs can get messed up.

Indeed. If it persists I will bring it to pypi's attention. Thanks.
